Aero-survey of the proposed site. |

Feasibility and preliminary report, if required by the guest. |

Prepare wind rose diagram based on local temperature and winds to plan the helipad. |

Assist and advice the guest to seek various clearances. |

Plan the layout of the helipad and its amenities and fixtures. Also, design the hanger, if required by the guest. |

Over view construction and supervise engineering aspects. |

Assist equipment procurement and its installation. |
|
Prepare Project Report and ensure DGCA CAR compliances. |
|
Prepare Flying and Helipad operating SOPs. |
|
Assist guests to obtain final DGCA clearance and approval. |
|
Utility management, if desired by the guests. |
